I took my Alfa in for a 10K service. The staff was very friendly, and completed the service quickly. They also completed a software upgrade at the same time, which saved me from having to make another trip.

I went in to have both front parking sensors remounted since they broke off during trip. Even though it took a few weeks to get the parts in, due to Christmas and New Years, the service was great. Due to what needed to be done, it was performed in a timely manner. I live 140+ miles away, but it is worth the trip for the service I’ve had.
Service experience is bad - here is why. Greg was great on the service part but the over all experience is sub par: 1. I did not have a loan car - I had to get a rental, get the alfa towed and was a mess 2. The dealership is 40 miles from my place - I was told it will move to Grapevine when I bought the car -but no trace of it I spent 2 hours getting the car since there were no cars in my area, had to Uber to a place were car was available, then after two days had ...
