My experience with Essence’s service department was flawless. My Giulia was picked up from my house (dead battery), the battery was replaced along with some service bulletin issues addressed and then the vehicle was returned to my house washed and looking beautiful. I’m super happy 🙂

My buying experience was wonderful. I received quick and accurate responses to all my inquiries during the process. My only contention was feeling helpless in arranging delivery of the vehicle. It seemed like the dealership was at the mercy of the auto transport companies when I know from experience that there are many many options and car transport companies.
