I took my Alfa Romeo in for a required software update and state inspection. Greg took great care of me from the moment I got there, making sure I was comfortable and keeping me informed. Greg made some recommendations regarding my vehicle, but did not pressure me. He was very professional and listened to my concerns. Essence takes care of their customers!
